Delivery & Returns

Please note we are on a break for Christmas, orders can still be placed and will be dispatched week commencing 06/01/2025.

Same week dispatch is limited to orders placed by 09:00 AM Monday , we only post out on Tuesday and Wednesday. Orders placed after 09:00 AM Monday through to Sunday will be dispatched on the following Tue/Wed. 

All orders placed are based on live stock levels so you will not be waiting weeks and months for the plants to become ready as you may with other companies, we grow the plants here and if they are in stock they are ready to be posted.

Please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be dispatched, this allows us to make sure that your plants will arrive in the best condition possible, in extremely busy times we will extend this to 10 working days.

Collection is carried out under a click and collect policy so your order will be available for collection once we have arranged a time via phone or email.

Orders over £250 value will be sent free, depending on the plants ordered this will be via courier in a large box or on a pallet.
We ship parcels to all areas of mainland UK except: Channel Islands, PO Boxes, Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland or BFPO locations
We do not offer international delivery.
  
Delivery is handled by a 48HR courier or Royal Mail 1st Class and is priced based on weight, prices start at £5.99 and go up to £8.99 depending on weight, a 9cm plant is 0.2kg and a 2 litre plant is 1.7kg.

Local Delivery within a 5 Mile radius from North Perrott, collection is also available from our site at North Perrott. Radius includes Montacute, Stoke Sub Hamdon, Beaminster, East Coker etc. 2-4 day dispatch time £5.00

Packaging

Our plants are packaged in the most appropriate way depending on the plant, rest assured they will be securely packed.
If you would like any more information regarding delivery please send us a message via the contact us page.
Returns
If for any reason you are not happy with your plant and would like to return it to us please use the contact us page to get in touch and let us know the reasons. As these are perishable goods please let us know within 7 days of receiving your plant, we can not accept returns after this period.
The customer is responsible for the delivery costs for returning the item and once received here back at the nursery, if the plant is in good order we will refund the price of the order including the initial delivery cost (not the cost for returning the plant to us).
