    Astilbe Fanal is a unique and eye-catching herbaceous perennial that will add a touch of drama to any garden. Its distinctive large dark red plumes of tiny flowers bloom from June to August, creating a stunning display. But the beauty of this plant doesn't stop there - in the spring, its new foliage emerges in a deep burgundy colour, making it a standout in any garden.

    This hardy plant is easily maintained, reaching a height of 1m and a spread of 0.5m. It thrives in moist, well-drained soil and prefers a partially shaded position. Once established, it is fully hardy and can withstand temperatures as low as -15 degrees Celsius (H7 hardiness rating).
