This Hydrangea variety, also known as Blue Wave, is truly unique with its large, flat lace cap flower heads. Its colour can range from pink to blue, depending on the acidity of the soil. The lower the pH, the bluer the flowers will be. This plant grows quickly in the beginning of the season, producing luscious bright green leaves and beautiful flowers throughout the summer. The flower heads can be left on the shrub for added interest or trimmed back for a tidy appearance.
