Hydrangea macrophylla Masja
A lace cap variety of Hydrangea, Masja stands out with its large, flat flower heads. Its unique feature is its ability to change colour depending on the acidity of the soil - the lower the p.h., the redder the flowers will be. This deciduous shrub grows quickly in the beginning of the season, producing luscious mid to dark green leaves and beautiful pink flowers throughout summer. The flower heads can be left over winter for added interest or trimmed back for a tidy look.

Once established, it is fully hardy (H5) and can withstand temperatures as low as -10 degrees Celsius.
