This drought tolerant, herbaceous perennial boasts a slow, creeping root stock that produces tubers at the bottom of its root. Its arrow-shaped, green leaves with serrated edges add a touch of elegance to any garden, forming a nice clump of foliage. But the real showstopper is the tall, upright flower spikes that are topped with whorls of purple-pink flowers. Not only do these flowers provide a pop of colour, but they also attract pollinators and insects, making it a beneficial addition to any garden.
