A lovely creeping perennial with attractive, almost fleshy green leaves and tall flower spikes of gentle, pale blue flowers (stronger colour than V.gentianoides).

Flowers are produced in early Summer and tower over clumps of green foliage.

Hardy, herbaceous perennial.

Great for the middle and front of borders and can spread up to 1m. Prefers moist soils.
